Parents who choose Llangynwyd School for their children agree to support the policy of wearing a school uniform. There are many reasons to promote a uniform, the main ones being to ensure no child is made to feel inadequate by being unable to wear the latest fashion, cost effectiveness and a sense of belonging.
Uniform consists of:
White polo shirt
Grey/Black skirt, trousers or jogging pants
Blue gingham checked summer dress
Closed in sensible footwear
We would also request that the children sport sensible haircuts and avoid dying or colouring their hair or having elaborate patterns cut into their hair etc.
