Dinner Money/Cashless Catering

After speaking to the local authority we have come up with a new procedure for contacting parent/carer’s whose children are in deficit with school meal payments.

The new procedure will be:

• If your child has a deficit of 2 school meals (approximately) £5 you will be contacted by the school office to state that you have a negative balance and that the account needs to be topped up.
• If there has been no payment after the first call, after 2 more meals (approximate negative balance of £10) then you will be contacted to state that you will need to supply your child a packed lunch the following day until the negative balance has been cleared.
