We are a class of Nursery and Reception children. 

Our teaching team consists of:

Mrs Price (teacher), Mrs Gwynne (LSA), and Mrs Roberts (LSA).

‘Who is our neighbour?’

This term our enquiry is “Who is Our Neighbour?”

Our children will learn about themselves, their families, and their class community.
We will explore what it means to belong and how people can be similar and different.
Through stories, songs, and play, we will learn about kindness, friendship, and community.
We will share our experiences and learn from others.
We’ll celebrate the different ways we live, speak, and celebrate across our class and families.
We will explore our similarities and celebrate our differences, learning that everyone is special and we all belong together.

Helpful Reminders:

Snack

We enjoy a healthy snack in school every day.  Please bring to school a healthy snack of fruit/veg and a clearly labelled water bottle.

PE

P.E. is held every Monday.  Please could your child wear a white t-shirt, black joggers/leggings, trainers, and a school jumper to school on this day.

Reading Books

• Lending Library - We visit the Lending Library every week to enjoy a special story time together. Each week, your child will choose a book to take home and share with their family. Please make sure all books are returned to school every Thursday so that your child can choose a new one to enjoy.
• Home Reading - When your child is ready, they will receive a school reading book.  Focused reading sessions will take place in school every week.  Books will be read in school and then taken home to practise.  Please can books returned to school every Thursday.

Homework

Homework is uploaded weekly onto Seesaw.  Homework will be uploaded on a Friday and should be completed by the following Thursday.
